MESE Urban Lab brings together diverse expertise in planning, urban design, urban economics, spatial data and implementation within an integrated working model.

By working with public institutions, investors, property owners and local stakeholders, it ensures that strategic decisions are integrated with planning, design and implementation processes.

MESE Urban Lab is an interdisciplinary urban strategy, planning and design practice founded in 2021, working across national and international contexts.

We work as an urban laboratory, combining research, spatial data and local knowledge to understand places, test scenarios and develop integrated, implementable urban solutions.

We also act as a strategic integrator, bringing together planners, designers, technical experts, public authorities, investors, property owners and local stakeholders around shared urban visions.

MESE brings together decades of combined experience across urban planning, design, public-sector practice, academia, real estate and spatial analysis. Through a flexible network of planners, designers and specialist collaborators, this multidisciplinary expertise is assembled around the specific needs of each project. This project-based structure enables MESE to form tailored teams across different scales and contexts, bringing together strategic, spatial, technical and implementation expertise as required.
