İstanbul Arnavutköy Ecological Settlement Master Plan

Commissioned by TOKİ, the project involved the preparation of an ecological settlement strategy for a 55-hectare site envisioned as a productive agricultural living environment. Going beyond conventional masterplanning, the study integrated parcelisation strategies, land-use scenarios and management frameworks.

Alternative parcel configurations were developed to accommodate different scales of agricultural activity, ranging from small-scale family farming to larger productive units, balancing agricultural production, ecological conservation and rural living.

In addition to the master plan, detailed parcelisation schemes and management models were prepared to ensure operational sustainability and coordinated land stewardship.
