Kartal Cevizli Land Development Project

A former informal settlement area was transformed into a viable residential development opportunity following zoning plan amendments that significantly increased development rights. Consensus was established among 13 property owners, and a land-for-development model was structured to enable implementation without direct construction financing from the owners.

The process included feasibility and value analysis, development structuring, contractor selection, stakeholder negotiations and contractual coordination. The project maximised land value and is currently under construction, with advisory support continuing through implementation and sales stages.
