Kartal Cevizli Umut Sitesi Urban Regeneration Project

A long-stalled urban regeneration project was restructured and reactivated following years of planning, ownership and implementation challenges. Feasibility studies, alternative development scenarios and debt-free financing models were prepared to establish a viable regeneration framework for existing property owners.

The process included value analysis, contractor selection, contract negotiations, ownership advisory and coordination with public authorities. Acquisition payments and ownership-related procedures were managed as part of the implementation process. The project is currently progressing through title-transfer and development stages.
