Kartal Cevizli Property Owner Rights Advisory

Advisory services were provided to review an ownership allocation model within an ongoing urban regeneration project. Technical, financial and property-rights analyses identified inconsistencies that could create unequal treatment among property owners and lead to future disputes.

Through stakeholder engagement and negotiation support, the development model was revised to better align with existing ownership rights. The process improved project fairness, strengthened consensus and reduced potential implementation and legal risks.
