Kartal Uğur Mumcu Urban Regeneration Project

Following a zoning plan amendment and the introduction of the national “Half of It Is on Us” support programme, a comprehensive feasibility and development study was prepared for a residential complex comprising approximately 70 units and 45 property owners. A debt-free regeneration model was developed by combining public financial support with the site's development potential.

The process included value analysis, alternative development scenarios, contractor selection, contract negotiations, ownership advisory and stakeholder coordination. Legal, financial and implementation procedures were managed throughout the project, which is currently progressing through the construction preparation stage.
